The Institute for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (IMK), a leading Dutch organisation supporting entrepreneurs, has selected IBANXS as its Open Banking partner for Account Information Services (AIS).
IMK supports entrepreneurs throughout the lifecycle of their business, from starting and growing to financing, business advice and situations in which a business comes under pressure. Through the integration of IBANXS, IMK can, with the entrepreneur’s consent, securely retrieve relevant bank account information directly from their trusted banking environment.
This gives IMK a faster and more complete financial picture, while reducing the need for entrepreneurs to collect and submit bank statements manually. The result is a smoother process for both the entrepreneur and IMK’s advisers.
Michiel Hordijk, Director of IMK, commented: “For our advisers and the entrepreneurs we support, a clear and reliable financial overview is essential. By using the AIS services of IBANXS, we can make this process more efficient and user-friendly, while keeping the entrepreneur in control of their data.”
IMK selected IBANXS for its regulated PSD2 platform, broad European bank connectivity and expertise in supporting financial services providers with secure Open Banking solutions.
Edy Bruinooge, Chief Commercial Officer of IBANXS, added: “IMK plays an important role in supporting entrepreneurs in the Netherlands. We are proud to provide the Open Banking infrastructure that helps make financial insight more accessible, secure and efficient. With the entrepreneur’s explicit consent, AIS creates a better data flow and a better experience for everyone involved.”
IBANXS is licensed by the Dutch Central Bank under PSD2, enabling businesses to securely connect to bank account data through a single platform.
The partnership reflects the growing role of Open Banking in financial services for small and medium-sized enterprises, where reliable financial insight can help organisations offer more relevant and efficient support.
