Prilk Consulting, the official Frappe partner in the Netherlands, has selected IBANXS as its Open Banking partner for Account Information Services (AIS). The agreement was formally signed by Edy Bruinooge, Chief Commercial Officer of IBANXS, and Peter-Jan van Ham, entrepreneur and business architect at Prilk. Also pictured is Preetam Biswal, founder of Prilk Consulting. He built the first Dutch localisations for ERPNext and brings deep expertise in manufacturing and logistics, complemented by Peter-Jan’s finance and business expertise.
Prilk implements, migrates and maintains ERPNext, the open source ERP suite, for organizations that want full control over their business systems and data. Through the integration of IBANXS, Prilk’s customers can, with their explicit consent, securely retrieve bank account information directly from their trusted banking environment into ERPNext.
This replaces manual bank statement imports and makes bank reconciliation faster and more reliable. Finance teams get an up-to-date view of their cash position, while the data flows directly from bank to ERP.
Peter-Jan van Ham, entrepreneur and business architect at Prilk, comments: “Our customers choose ERPNext because they want to stay in control of their own business data. Bank data is a core part of that. With IBANXS we connect ERPNext directly to the bank, in a secure and regulated way, without creating new dependencies. That makes the financial administration of our customers both simpler and more independent.”
Prilk selected IBANXS for its regulated PSD2 platform, broad European bank connectivity and expertise in supporting businesses with secure Open Banking solutions.
Edy Bruinooge, Chief Commercial Officer of IBANXS, adds: “Prilk helps organisations take back control of their core business processes. We are proud to provide the Open Banking infrastructure that brings live, consent-based bank data into ERPNext. It shows how Open Banking can make financial processes more efficient, without the user ever giving up control over their data.”
IBANXS is licensed by the Dutch Central Bank under PSD2, enabling businesses to securely connect to bank account data through a single platform.
The partnership reflects the growing role of Open Banking in business software, where direct and reliable access to bank data helps organisations automate their financial processes.
